The Year is 2009, Agent Troy Parks and Jeff Lawton work for an Federal Agency called Global Intelligence Force (G.I.F). For years, Troy Parks has been G.I.F's most trusted and reliable field agent, until one dark afternoon in Chicago when his partner Michelle Banks was found murdered. The Agency had Troy suspended for possible involvement in his partner's death. Five years later, Troy is recalled to Los Angeles for another assignment in which a rogue agent, who goes by the code name 'FLEXX,' has been killing off government officials and various targets within the G.I.F Agency. The 'FLEXX' case is something that Troy had pursued for years so he takes on the assignment in hopes of finding Michelle's murderer, and to bring justice to both his and her name. Agent Jeff Lawton, joined by fellow G.I.F agents Amber Davis and Ryan Stone, must find out the truth behind the mystery of Troy Parks and discover once and for all who is the true 'FLEXX' Agent.
